Table decorating will be from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Dinner begins at 6:00 pm.
Menu: Slow Roasted Pork Loin Medallions basted with a Honey Dijon Glaze, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Caesar Salad, NY Cheesecake, or Chocolate Truffle Torte
Attire: Sunday Best
Each graduate will have one table and is able to purchase up to ten tickets. This number does include the graduate's ticket. Tickets are $55 each. Tickets may be purchased online through April 11 to be billed to your account. After April 1 1, all tickets will be cash only to be paid at the accounting office. No tickets will be sold after May 9.
Table Decoration Guidelines:
To ensure visibility of the stage and screen for all guests, table decorations should not exceed 12 inches high and should not contain helium balloons.
Parents will NOT need to provide place settings (napkins, dinner plates, salad bowls, dessert plates, flatware, and glasses/cups)for the table. Please do not bring place settings, as the dinner is not buffet style and the caterer will be plating all the food prior to serving each guest.
White lap length tablecloths will be on each table. You are welcome to utilize the provided tablecloth or bring one of your own. When decorating your table, please do not remove the tablecloth. Simply place yours over the existing one.
The measurement for the round table is 72 inches.
If you are planning to have chair covers, the dimensions of the are 17 ½ inch seat and 25 inches high. The chair is square at the top. Seat covers are optional.
Chairs from an outside source, floor coverings, open flames, helium balloons, and place settings not including a charger are not to be used in your decorating.
