Sabre Week is a one-week intensive and experiential learning program in February that challenges our High School students. As a Christian school, we believe in the importance of living out our faith and being of service wherever God calls us, and Sabre Week gives our students the opportunity to do just that. Acts 1:8 says: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth” (ESV). We hope to live out this verse as we give students the chance to be of service and reflect the love of Christ to those around them here in our local community, across the country, and around the world.
The purpose of Sabre Week is to make an impact on the student’s life and the Kingdom of God. Students who do not wish to travel may stay to serve our local community during Sabre Week through a series of service projects, as well as through our internship program. These opportunities allow students to find where God may be calling them to serve our community and the world in their future careers.
